CI build containers cannot reach git.datajob.de (stale public DNS). Libraries are now wheels on the internal PyPI index at 10.98.10.23:3009. Same code: tanss-api 10.15.0 (384c7be), ninja-api 2.0.9 (abc6794).

Resolve tanss-api and ninja-api from internal PyPI index instead of git ... 17e856a9d7

The CI build container (docker-in-docker) cannot reach git.datajob.de
(DNS falls back to public DNS with a stale A record). The client
libraries are now published as wheels to the internal PyPI index at
10.98.10.23:3009 (pypiserver), referenced via a uv index.

Same code as before: tanss-api 10.15.0 (384c7be), ninja-api 2.0.9 (abc6794).
