SPA: switch keycloak-js to implicit flow

keycloak-js v23 defaults to the standard code flow; the proxy
blocks the token-endpoint round trip so kc.init() rejected the
login with a 401. flow:'implicit' takes the token from the URL
fragment instead. pkceMethod/useNonce/checkLoginIframe stay as-is.
